Howard Howard is an aging engineer who operates an oceangoing salvage ship. He invariably wears a jazzy Hawaiian shirt and funky sunglasses. Like Gundam pilot Duo Maxwell, Howard is a member of the Sweeper Group, and his ship serves as a mobile base for Duo and the Gundam Deathscythe. I do not own Gundam Wing or its characters.
